  1. Can I use credit card to pay for my orders?

    Yes, we are using Paypal as our secure payment gateway in handling all credit card transactions.  All transactions made through Paypal are 100% secure.  It is 100% safe to do online shopping with us!

  2. Can I use China Union Pay credit card (CUP card) to pay for my orders?

    Yes, you can certainly use CUP card to make payment for your orders.  We use Paypal as our secured online payment gateway.  Paypal DOES provide the option to use CUP card for all our China customers.  Simply create a Paypal personal account and login when making purchase.  The CUP card will automatically be shown as one of the credit card selections. 

  3. Do you accept Bank Transfer?

    Yes, we do accept Bank Transfer for all our Hong Kong customers.  For more information regarding making payment through bank transfer please refer to Payment Method.

  4. What Currencies can I use?

    All our product are priced in HKD.

  5. How do I use the discount code?

    All discount code are enter when you reach the check out process page after you have fill in your shipping address.  The discount code box will appear on the right hand side of the check out page.

  6. What if I really like a product that is listed as "Sold Out".

    Please kindly email us at to let us know which specific product you really like and is sold out currently.  We are able to re-order all current season products.  If the specific product you choose is from previous season, there will be a chance that we won't be able to reorder it from the brand.  We will try our very best to fulfill your request!

  7. Will you restock all of your products?  

    We will restock all our current season products on a regularly basis.  You will be able to pre-order all our current season out of stock product.  A PRE-ORDER button will appear instead of a BUY button.  Payment will be collected first for all pre-order product.  We will notify you ASAP when your order has arrived.  Please note the waiting period for all pre-order product is at most 1 month.  

  8. What courier services do you use?

    We use Hong Kong Post courier service for all normal postage. We use DHL if you specifically request for an express delivery service.  Please take a look at our Shipping Policy for more details. 

  9. How can I track my orders?

    We will send you a shipping confirmation email once we have dispatched your order. A tracking number and the courier's tracking service URL will be provided in the email.  Simply click on the link and key in the tracking number to check the delivery status of your order.  

  10. Will I be charged Custom and Import charges?

    We will be paying for customs and import duties for major cities.  Whereas some other countries, these customs or import duties can still be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Charges of the parcel must be paid by the recipient.   

    Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
